I am looking to buy a new or used limit switch for Volvo Penta AQ270/280 lift mechanism.

The switch is a Hartmann F49.

Yeah, I saw that one. It seems a bit expensive $50 for a simple switch :D

Can someone take precise measurements of the Hartmann switch? I'm trying to find a replacement.

It might expand your selection if you knew what clearances exist in the mounting location, maybe a larger or smaller switch would work better?   Im not terribly familiar with the Volvo design, but could you work it without the switch?

Yeah, I have measured that, and actually already bought a switch I thought might work, but it turned out way too big.

Measurements of the actual part would help a lot.

Found it here for $28.    Otherwise Ebay has a couple under $50.

Glad I could help, if you go that route, please post the info so other Glastron faithful can maybe 2nd source the item when it becomes harder to find.   Dimensions, plunger stroke, etc.
