Quick estimate of boat full of water / fuel / trailer / etc. comes to about 8500 lbs.
Your trailer should have a rating for 8000 lbs.
1989 was first year Glastron brochures listed Genmar.
1990 listed Genmar / Texas
1993 listed Genmar / Little Falls MN.

You need a tall outbuilding to store it. Do you plan to haul it with the burb regularly or get a slip for the season? From the plaque on the prop, it looks like it spent time in the water. Merc 260 w/bravo 3? Good combo, prop sets can be a bit pricey though. Have the boys given their approval yet?, I know how the love the bal harbor. Looking forward to seeing it in August, congratulations, it will make a nice river boat.

Checked the fuel filter no water in that pump 2 gallons of fuel out of the tank no water in there, has a full tank of fuel 85 gallons of gas that was a bonus.
Fired right up pumps water good oil pressure oil looks good battery charges.

The instrument panel on the other hand is going to be the first thing I clean up a little bit. Also the block backing up the bow Eye was rotten because the bottom of the anchor locker was full of mud

They like it! Willie is having trouble with his back legs. So some of the steps are too high for him. But the rest is good

these are neat boats.. there was one maybe a year or two later that was even neater (before all the glastrons started looking lame though - 91 or 92 I suppose that happened?)

I would imagine pretty heavy though?

We're going to be re-making the cuddy cabin cushions... this is a really cool way to do zippers on the cushions.
