No, what you've got there is a direct short to the battery. Power from the battery always goes to the center terminals of the switch. Then connect the two wires from the motor to two corner terminals of one end of the switch. Leave the "X" crossing wires in place as you've drawn them. I've redrawn your picture below.
How will you be using this, to power a trim motor? You really should be using a pair of solenoids or you could burn up your wiring and switch.
