The first show
« on: July 24, 2010, 03:39:53 PM »
Well, Dottie took her new ride to a show today. They both looked good. They should I spent all day yesterday with a buffer in my hands (for the car, not Dottie)

Close Mark.  Its a 68.

Jerry have you done anything to it? Are you going to keep it now?
What show did you guys go to?

They have a "Friday night cruise" in North St. Paul. I see them all gathering when I leave work and have not stopped because I'd have to hang around later for things to really get going but it gets bigger every year. Now they have food vendors and porta potties. Some awfully nice stuff there that I seen when passing thru at 330-400
One of these days I'm going to hang out there for a few hours.

The only thing I did was get the transmission rebuilt. It still has some things that need doing. I'm planning on putting a 360 and torqueflite in the 48, so this will be our tow car till that gets done. Not this year, maybe next, right after the 3800 in the Glasspar SeaFair Sunliner which comes after the Classic Barracuda.
