NOS Glastron parts
« on: October 09, 2015, 05:10:27 PM »
Hey guys, you see anything you'd like? Here are the leftovers of the parts that Tibus here in Germany still has for sale. If you are interested let me know and I'll be happy to bring it with me in November.

Aaron, I think these things are the windshield end caps for a 72-73 CV-16. If they are, I could use them for my project.

Guys, that's the problem. Mrs. Tibus does know a lot about Glastrons but she does not know where every single part in this shelf belongs to. So it is your risk if I get them and they don't fit afterwards. Please circle what you would like or put an arrow like rayar and I'll ask for a price.

Best pictures I have of early 70's lower wind shield clips.
Dave could get you a better picture of his clip.

Don't know if it's just an optical illusion but the ones you posted look more squared to me. The one on my pic looks like it has a round shape instead of the hard edging your pictures shows.

Pictures are of 3 or 4 different CV16's.
Most (pictures I have of early CV's) don't have any thing there.

Well as I said I really can't guarantee anything. It's up to you. Sorry wish I could help more.

Great close up pics Gregg. I couldn't get much out of Google last night. My CV doesn't have any marks in the windshield or in the hull, and I've seen some that had them and some that didn't.

Aaron, get me a price please. I'm willing to take the gamble. Pics look close enough for me!
