Used a chain fall connected to a long piece of wood that spanned 4 joists in the ceiling. That hooked to the back of the boat. On the back of the boat at the transom I cut a square hole thru the area where the cut out for the lower unit would be. Secured a 4x4x8ft long thru the transom with a piece of plywood and 2x4 secured to the floor.

And a come a long on the front thru the bow eye.

For everyone wondering what the hook is on a intimidator here is mine.

The actual hook is 6’6” from the transom going forward.

I would bet it is an '83 and original. It has the same paint scheme as my dad's.

The 1983 brochure & P.I.G. didn't have anything on the Timmi ?

The 1982 C535 had that style swoosh.
And 1983 CVX17 & Scimitar.

Is the Timmi with the blower also a 1983 ?

Removed 1/4 of material from existing hook.

Going to fill the remainder area with csm to flatten out the rest of the hook.

Lifting strakes all filled in with many laminates of csm then sanded flat
