Working in the "outside shop" coz I got my kids car in the shop. Good thing the weather is nice right now

Got the transom, rear stringers and bulkheads cut to rough size, I will fit them when it's off the trailer.

i did the grinding inside, just cutting the wood in the driveway.
tyvek coveralls from express $7.50 each, worth the money though 2xl are still too small (arms and legs are too short)

Nah, must have installed a new Flux Capacitor...now he just needs to get the boat up to 88.8 mph.

I wish my rafters would hold the weight, suspending in the middle of the room would be nice. I have to use a come-a-long hooked to the door header and an engine hoist to pull that trick.

to be honest it don't weigh that much empty, but the roof is 16" floor trusses on 16" centers, i had planned on an addition above the garage some day, been 25 years :/
anyway, i can lift lots so that's a nice feature.
