Well, he has 2 hulls actually...the one pictured and a 2nd 'parts' hull...

It would be a project, I thought you were more interested in a nearly ready to run craft?  One of the hulls had a bow cover previously.  Keep in mind I have a complete 898 minus one log, and makinwaves has a complete merc 260 for sale.
