I still think that a 2+2 seating arrangement for that boat would be awesome...you know, a little front rumble seat!  :)

LOL! That is some of the stickiest stuff known to man! As you know, your skin has to wear off to get rid of it. Only takes about a week!

That is some Amazing Stuff Ross, it only takes One Minute for it to blow up from the time ya start mixing, it's swelled up to  16 to 1 in about 3 minutes and it's set up hard in about 10 minutes, fully cured in 30 /45 minutes, takes a hammer to break a piece the size of a brick.  The stuff weighs about 1 1/2 pounds a cubuc foot when it's cured.

I'm just learning how to use this stuff, using Jerry's boat for a training post .. LOL

If you're talking about pourable foam, what are those red cans along the sides? They look more like aerosol.

I used the Great Stuff foam on the sides, the red cans, not much space under there to pour the other foam, just wanted to fill every void.

I had to look at that pic of the transom for awhile to figure it out. I could see the new transom with a motor floating over it, but the splashwell was closer to the camera!  ??? Then I realized you have the top off of this one and must have slid it forward. Trick picture!

After days of thinking about it, Dad and I still can't figure out what difference reversing the drill would make, at least not without knowing what was being used on it to stir with.

The foam set-up is excelerated by puting "air" into the mix, and when I reversed the drill, it drawed air in, I guess, the little blades sent the mix right up the shaft,  and I probably mixed it too long,  40 / 45 seconds, it was setting up already, it's Really fast setting stuff.

It will be ready Jerry, Oh ... by the way, bring some lights for the trailer, I didn't realize there are none on it.
I got some more work done on it today, finished in the foam, finished out and over-layed the floor, put the deck on it and will start sewing it together tomorrow ... piece a Cake.
