Think that would be a good spot.

You get the trailer home yet?

Is there adjustment for the bunks inboard to outboard? I know you said they were on a swivel to adjust for the angle of the boat.

Yep & Yep ...

About 6 holes on the cross member to move bunk out from center.

Thats how mine are. But I have two more farther inwards but I don't think it's as important with an outboard.

Just my 2 cents, I had to make several changes to my new Shorelander before I got it to fit my cvx16.   I had to make extensions to the front bunk support and I added a bow roller otherwise the bow tended to shoot under the toung on steep ramps.  Now it hits the roller and sends the nose up nicely.

I've got 3 keel rollers on mine.  With the strap pulled tight to the bow rest, my front bunks appear to be about a foot long - the curve in the hull lifts away from the bunks.

Got it swapped late night ...
My measurements were pretty close on the bunks, but roller on stand will not go any lower (first picture).
Don't like the swing tongue bolt/pin, two large plastic noobs on a bolt that has to be threaded thru frame, holes don't line up perfect so have to thread all the way thru, might loosen over time so it just pushes thru, but now is a pain in the azz to put in and take out.

Little sticker with a warning about checking pin every 250 miles ...
One step closer to being "Ready to go boating".
... LOL

Looks good Gregg. A different trailer can really make a difference in appearance, especially since they spend most of their time on them. Is that a brand new trailer or used? Looks great.
One think that looks a little funky to me is the angle of the winch strap. Have you considered rewinding it so it comes off the bottom of the winch to straighten out the angle? Maybe that wont work.

Talked to them about a month ago, said to come back in three week after Sportman show for a used (to pull boat to show) trailer.
He had all ready sold both but gave me the price on a brand new one, but I had to load/setup trailer for that price.

Hummmm...
Theres a roller to guide strap, so it's not rubbing on any sharp edges, but might be an idea.

Gregg, look at how my boat is mounted on the trailer. The front is mounted much higher than yours. You might raise your front, which may solve the winch rope higher than the bow hook.

Hull has to sit flat on bunks, so can't raise front .

That does look really slick on that trailer, Gregg.
I happen to like how low the boat sits - nice and even from front to back, and low.
Great job on the transfer!

Sits very low ... Have to crank front all the way down so motor will trim all the way down.
Fenders stick out so it's much easier to get in and out of boat.
