If you would like to come watch the fireworks I will be at Midas in Maplewood in the morning. My wife is afraid to come with. Someone get bail money ready just in case.
I think this has become an addiction.

Well it went alot better that I thought it would. They are paying for new carpet to be installed. I wont be paying for oil changes for awhile and i got what sounded like a sincere apology. Said they will do what they need to to keep me as a customer.

I'd ask if you could take those other pieces and the "tech" that welded that monstrosity and see if you can beat him over the head with it.

PS: you should take your expedition in for an oil change.

Hoping to take it for a spin tonight if not tomorrow for sure.

I'll be out this evening around 7:30 if you have everything assembled by then.  Probably just anchor at the beach, can't wait to see the new setup!

So ya got shoddy service and a Ben Dover price on some exhaust work.  Why exactly would you EVER take anything else to their shop?  Do you think the quality will suddenly improve?

Yeah, sure, they want to get their hands on your vehicles to do some oil changes.  Then 'keep you as a customer' when you keep bringing the vehicle back to fix whatever the F'd up changing the oil.  Or even better, they generate work by telling you certain other parts are about ready to go out and should be replaced ASAP.

Plenty of other shops around.  Chalk this up to 'school money' and go elsewhere.

Had it out yesterday went from 52mph old motor to 58 new motor but I don't think I was getting the 4 barrels open I think I need to adjust the throttle cable. And I need more prop. Can defiantly tell that there is more power though.

If you could bring it with I would love to try it out. I am going to make some adjustments tomorrow to the throttle and hook up the shift interrupter switch.
