It's gone!

Well, I sold "Not Easy Being Green" this afternoon! (The 73' V-174 Bayflite.)

Have to admit it was a bit sad seeing it pull out of the driveway for the last time, but the new boat will fit the family so much better!

The guy and his fiance seem really nice and hopefully will have just as much fun as we did with it.

Ross, thanks again for storing my new boat and I'll call you later to figure out a time to come get it.

That was to easy great to hear.

Get that baby home and start cleaning

Then we can have another buffing party.

Congratulations on the sale Josh. You were saved the pain of weeks of waiting, insults of price being too high, showings that took time but went nowhere, and every little thing not perfect pointed out. Enjoy.

Yes I was incredibly lucky! I had a half dozen emails, a couple phone calls, but the first one to look took it! They just went to lunch for about an hour and a half to talk about it. I held my breath the whole time. Luckily he brought his dad who knew exactly what they were getting and knew it was a good deal!

That's great news. None of that dragging on forever crap, with people showing up, low balling you or worse yet, not showing up!
Let me know when you want to bring your new baby home. I don't have to be here however...you know the way now. Just let me know that you took it so I don't freak if I see it gone.

I did tell him about the club. Hopefully we'll see him on the forum and then out on the water. He's in he Minnetonka area.

Still not sure what's going on with the trailer lights so it'll be in the daytime for picking it up.

I'll call ya tomorrow and figure something out!
