I've got an old dwell/tach meter that should work. But it only works on 4,6,or 8 cylinders. Will be at there on Saturday for the cruise, I can bring it if you think it will work.

 I appreciate it but I have one too. Its the size of an old clock radio. I was looking for something smaller but mine will due. No need to lug yours along. Besides I'll be there thursday messing with it.

You mean one of those laser things that you just point at the part?  I think I have one.   Let me rephrase that.  I know I have one, but it was my brother in law's and I'm not sure if it works.   I'll bring it.

I was looking for a hand held tachometer but I'll just bring mine. I think you are thinking about one of those temp readers? I have one of those and thanks for bringing it up. I'll bring mine.
