Should have grabbed the "Jetson" light !
You can never have to many Jetson lights ... LOL

Seating arrangement should be better then the GT150's lay out ...

Spider cracks, cracks around transome, bad spot (hit) on bow above rub rail
Soft spots in floor ?
Mostly ok
Transom mush ?
Totally
Plexy wind shield OK ?
Vary good, slight bend in side bars.
Seat pans are rough but prob salvageable

If he has a 150 out there ... I'm in need of a windshield.  I have all the framework, but my plastic is shot.  If he's got the boat cheap, maybe I can offer half for the windshield only ... I wouldn't want to have to get rid of a boat.  Unless .... I could get some steel work done on it and make it a giant floating grill to tow around to the beaches ...

Looks like it has potential Joe, congrats!

Dan, I've got the (paper) template for the GT150 windshield if you need it, you're welcome to borrow it.

I made one good one out of the two I ended up with. Its funny that many of the parts were not interchangeable. I happened to end up with another one when I got my stuff from NY

Nice grab Joe. It looks to be worth restoring. I've been a fan of 160's for some time. Hopefully you wont have to completely redo everything.
Does this move the X19 down the list? ;D

Well you're just gonna have to split her and make it easier on yourself. Let me know when you get to that part if you need a hand.

Congrats Joe!! You are like the animal shelter for boats! If I had the space, I would have queue also plus more time to work on them because I would be single....lol. Love the 160, they are very cool.

Yes Doran... you are correct, i think that may be the last one left in his collection (several were lost in a fire a few years ago)
That old chevy is another "may get to it someday" project in waiting.
this is at Laurie's Dads farm in clear lake WI, once he explained to me that he was always afraid of not having something to do or work on.
so there are many projects in waiting there.

Shell Lake huh. Surprised you are not into Shell Lake boats. Not sure when they quit making those boats but maybe she was still there. I had a 66 Shell Lake.
