4th of July weekend Boating options

Anyone going boating over the 4th and weekend. I heard the St. Croix is no wake, havent heard about any other rivers or lakes, Havent been on the water yet this year so I was going to try to get out this weekend. Any suggestions or anyone else going let me know.

Shawn and I  are going to be at the cove above the Red Wing damn. Just out from the casino. Thursday to Sunday. Oh yeah, the sippy is open to wakes :)

I know pool 2 isn't that popular especially this time of year but its where I hang.  Lots of logs and even whole trees floating down.  I haven't seen this much debris in the water at this point in the summer for a long time.  Proceed with caution if your out here.

Kelly & I are hitting Minnetonka around noon on Friday 7/5.
I hope we can find a ramp with a parking spot!
