Betty is making reservations for our camping adventures this summer. Is Lake Rathbun happening this year and any thoughts on when? We had such a great time last year and want to do it again.

Marina doesn't open till April 1st, but we can plan for it now. I don't have anything set in stone for may/June timeframe yet.

At this time, it looks like Rathbun Lake is about 2 feet higher than it was last year when we were there

we are just the worst "road trippers" even the drive to Rathbun can be a challenge.
last year on the way home we stopped at this quaint little campground in mason city, nice place, right in the city, i got a 80' drive through spot that we fit in without having to unhook anything. so this year i booked that spot Tuesday night and Sunday night. $21 a night.

I was checking everything out on the truck giving it a good once over, I noticed that the air cleaner usage indicator was at 65% used. I thought that was odd seeing as I put it in new last year, then it dawned on me.
