I sold a great looking ElCamino two years ago for $9,500, an 85 model, with a new motor, I built, the state of Ok showed it at $4,700   here's the video ... Tom's Motor
Who knows where all that comes from. but I'm paying $89.00 a year on both my Scimitars based on their evaluation of $18,900 for the 81 and $18,600 on the 80 model

gotta do what ya gotta do !

One More Thing ... David was willing to pay $25,000 for Barbs's boat, he didn't write a check, but thats what he told me he'd pay, Barb declined his offer of $18,500,  didn't bat an eye, but when she heard the $25 000 she looked kinda funny, .. kinda made me proud to be associated with her, and if you aint seen that boat, ... you need too ..... see it

Boat name and State Registration

I ordered my graphics for HOT KNOTS today.  I like them.  Hope they look as good on the boat as they did online when I was designing them.  The name graphic is 5" letters and is about 75" long.  It will be placed under the windshield where I removed the other graphics.  I hope I can get away with the flaming registration numbers.  Surely the lake patrol can appreciate them.  I also ordered new chrome bilge vent covers that came in the mail last week while I was at the lake, and I picked up the stereo reciever head today.  No pricey stereo, speakers and amp in this one, just something with updated media player.  I'll see how the speakers sound after I get it hooked up.  Lots of work yet to get her where I want her.

Good luck with that. Hopefully your water cops are more appreciative than ours. Cuz I guarantee those flames wouldn't fly down here ...?

My old glass supplier in Texas did not do this for his boat ... just pulled the decals and put his own on.  His boat was plaqued with bad luck ... so bad that when the marina was pulling it from the slip after his bilge pump failed and he was taking on water, the straps broke on the trailer when the driver was making a right turn and dumped the boat clear off the trailer ... left it lying in the street twisted up on its side ...

He did the renaming ceremony with his new boat.
