CGOA is Down!!!!  403 forbidden!

Man there is a lot of spam made it through 3 pages before the 403 showed up!

I'm guessing the hosting company (GLOBAT) detected the issues with the site and shut it down to protect everyone.

Batten down the hatches! Not sure how they got in yet, but dorelse is correct. I just got off the phone with host and they have temporarily blocked the site.  We were taking over 100/requests/minute.  Working on getting things cleaned up now, Possibly back up in the next couple hours, but not sure yet.

For the record, 3 spam accounts, over 300 posts in a couple of minutes.  Will be re-evaluating spam control tomorrow....

Certainly the spammers know that we will not buy their advertised products. What then is their motive? I suggest power and destruction. Sick. I monitor the spam at work. The spammers are getting more sophisticated in desguising it as sent from a good source - Better Business Bureau, Wells Fargo Bank, U S Bank, Paypal, ADP, secured message, e-mail fax, etc.
