I got one of those with my '83 Merc 115. It's useless if you ask me. I'll damn near break the rope before I could any spin out of the engine, and forget about trying to spin it fast enough when cold to get it to fire.

Oh btw, when choosing a new floor material I recommend 3/8" 3 ply BS. Don't bother laminating either side. Aie Carumba ...!

The 1993 -94 Evinrude color was a very dark blue, almost looks black in picture.
