New tow vehicle and vacation time with the CVX

Finally decided to put a hitch on the wife's Ford Escape. Hitch, light harness and tow bar ran me $240. Installed the hitch last night in about 30 min. I know someone on here tows with their Escape. My Impala tows it well but it has 213k on the odometer and she only has 150k. Gas mileage will stink. Impala gets 22 towing the CVX.

Taking the wife and kids to DeGray Lake in Arkansas for a week. About 20 miles south of Hotsprings. Suppose to be a great lake for boating, water sports and fishing. Looks like a great place for a Glastron party.

Sounds fun. Have a nice vacation. It would be cool to be on a lake for a week or so and have your boat tied up ready to be used.
