Picked up a new trailer last winter
This is after the new bunks are installed looks exactly the same as when the original ones were on it.

After a little bit of finagling the boat is now sitting on the new trailer

Wouldn't the boat launch thats about 3 blocks from your house have been easier?
I think this has become an addiction.

No, that launch is so bad I won't even use it. And this way I could make adjustments to the bunks

How do you get a boat on or off a trailer without water?

Very carefully.... its not too bad.

Jack stands to hold up the stern of the boat at both corners, and then you jack up the bow, place blocks and slide the trailer forward. Then jack up again move blocks and move trailer again, and repeat until trailer is removed.

I cheated when i swapped trailers.

Normally I would've done it in the garage with the hoist to hold the back up and a sling in the front, I was too lazy to clean the garage

I use a lift to move boats to/from trailers and cradles.  I have done it with a tree and a tractor, but the lift is easiest.  Hard part is jacking it up to get the rear strap off.  I just can't bring myself to believe the rear eyes are strong enough to hold the hull.

Well...
I do believe the operative word there was won't.
It can be done by piling a series of Bricks cinderblocks and boards in the right spot
Oh, and the lake is so small I can't even get the GT up to speed on it

It's all true. Lake is about 72 Acres. Ramp is terrible (bring your own cinder blocks. Lol) :-/

Trailer is done enough to use, I need to modify that guide rollers and carpet the steps.

And the bow and bucket seats have some new vinyl on them.

When we return from Iowa we will do the rest of the bow, the sun pad and backseat
