You left me far behind long ago. I don't care any more. Go for it. Just don't blow any engines or hit any buoys. LOL

Now you will have to get all the Allison gear.

Congratulations, Allison's are the best.

300lb hull. I figger if'n it starts to come over, I can *Censored* and push it back down ...

edit. Substitute 'flatulate' for "Censored". Aie aie aie ...

Y'know if Flatulate had a "r" in it, you could make it spell *Censored* ...

Just might Jeff. That and I do have a pair of 'footballs' I could rivet on ...? After all it's probly gonna wind up bein a rat boat, as usual. But she oughta be purty dang fast. Hard to believe how light the hull is.

Lemme know if ya need any parts for your V4 project.

Congratulations on your new hot rod, please be safe.   Curious to know what makes the Allison's so fast, is the hull profile much different or is it simply because it is so light?

Hauled her home today. No major negative surprises. Couple positive. Has a high dollar 'recall' tach. Rigging is 'plug and play' for my motor.

But I think I'm gonna need a bigger fuel tank ...?

Hull is already finished. Just need to strip the stickers & spray the deck and transom.

That is super light. Hope you dont flip it. Be cool until you get the feel for it.

My buddy Ron claims to have a '79 115 to hang on the Baja.

(I shouldn't tell you this, because it's posed to be classified top secret. But the 115 came off a CVX 16 that he's almost finished restoring. Gonna have a 150 HO Etec on her now.)

Regardless. The Baja'll run 55 with a 90. Oughta do at least that with a 115? For sale cheap!

What is that... about 3-4 gallons?
I was thinking the same thing...about your cooler. Maybe strap it to your seat back.
No, I have it...either carry it in your belly or DOPB
