On the bright side my Doctor, Nancy, is a tall slender black gal from the Virgin Islands. Very attractive and talks like a Rastafarian. Too funny Mon ...

And my Radiologist is devastating too. Well as my CNA, Luba, from Russia. So things could be worse?

Well I was set free last night. Put in a whole day at the shop today. Man am I whooped.

Yes Ross it appears this is my cross to bear. Wish I knew what the 'trigger' was. Avoided all of the likely suspects since the last go round a couple years ago.

Joni ain't kidding. Feels like someone's twisting on yer guts, tryin to pull em out. I'll take a broken bone over this any day. It's a real sob.

However, besides dealing with it, and a raging bladder infection. I feel like a hunnert bucks!

Joni gave me the impression, that is the kind of stuff that gets lodged in your gut? Gets worse from there. I am sure you already know more then you want to.

Ya the usual suspects are seeds & nuts. Corn (my favorite). Apples are okay but not the skin.

Really spicy foods, etc.

You sound like my Mom. Simple little mistakes can cause weeks worth of "I want to die!" I told her since she can no longer use quite a few digestive aids (needs something like Prilosec for heartburn/reflux issues) that she should also consider besides passing up so many other things that she needs to also cut gluten out as well.

In the last few years I have become a damn near expert on what one can eat with these weird exceptions that you have. Simple stuff even. I feel for you. This is no joke people.

Though maybe a little gut pain may be favorable to me right now verses my massive upper left back pain, left shoulder pain, left upper and lower arm pain, left wrist constant cracking and dull feeling and my numb thumb, first and second fingers on my left hand. I'm 2 weeks in and no end in sight. Oh and my right leg hamstring is very tight. To the point of charlie horse kind of tight. Maybe June 1st I'll go see my doctor but until then all I can do is *Censored * about the crap healthcare I have thanks to the ACA. Well that is if I don't stroke out or have a heart attack from my 165/111 blood pressure and current 92bpm heart resting rate.

Hey the weather is looking better maybe hitting the lake will help with all of these issues. Well one can hope. I so want to see if my new Taurus can tow my Carlson. I'm about 800 pounds over it's tow rating but really only plan on driving it locally on nearly flat roads.
