1972 cv-16SS / Michigan / best reasonable offer
https://www.facebook.com/groups/classicglastron/permalink/10158263739953594/

I am selling this 1972 cv-16ss. Will take best reasonable offer. I wanted to restore this boat. Taking on a different project. I'm not a boater and this would have been my first. Heres what I know. I got the boat from an estate sale. It is not running. I know the previous owners son. His father passed and this is what I was told about the boat. The motor and out drive were rebuilt. They were put back in the boat and ran. They were coming back out of the boat and the boat was getting restored. I tried to start the boat. But I do t know what I'm doing. No spark. Condenser could be bad from sitting. Idk. I'm gonna go a compression test just so its available. There is some rot by the motor. Not much at all. Rest of the floor is solid. All the gauges move when ignition is turned on. I think the ignition is wired wrong. Have to jump starter to get it to crank. Anyway. I'm sure someone would live to give this boat a good home. Clear title and its registered til 2022. Located in Michigan. 48080. Thanks

VERY NICE 1975 GLASTON - $5000 (DUBLIN TX)
https://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/boa/d/proctor-very-nice-1975-glaston/7004987676.html

This is a super nice 16' CV16 boat. Kids are gone now and don't use it. Took it out 3 times this season is all. Tags all good till 2021 on boat and trailer is also tagged and current. I HAVE TITLES ON BOAT MOTOR AND TRAILER all in my name.
It has CD player, speakers. Has very nice newer interior. Hull is not damaged and motor runs great. All the lights work as well as interior lighting. The motor is a Evinrude 135. All gauges work such as temp, fuel, charge, etc. Its a great little boat and has a VERY nice trailer under it. Heavy duty "C" iron drive on trailer, nice wheels and tires with matching rim for spare and 2nd stainless steel prop. I know this seems high for a 1975 model boat but you need to see and drive it to appreciate it. There is more invested in it than $5000.
Has good tilt / trim also installed.
Best boat I have every owned, not the biggest, or fanciest, but still my favorite.. Super easy to load and unload and pulls great behind truck. Also has built in fuel cell so no need to lift tanks in and out.

Don't be afraid to come look and make offer but I am not giving it away, its too nice of a boat.

Might trade for ????? but prefer cash

1977 cvx 16./ Englewood Florida /  Free
https://www.facebook.com/groups/classicglastron/permalink/10158293446703594/

1977 cvx 16. Free to whoever wants it. Comes with the trailer in the last picture. Not the trailer it is currently sitting on. Boat needs total restoration. Floor seems solid, but it is covered by carpet. Transom does not sound good. There are some issues with the bottom, as you can see in some of the pics there is a jackleg repair. I am going to give it two weeks to see if anyone wants the hull as it is. Then I will take what parts might be valuable to someone restoring another glastron. Then off to the dump with it........
Clean title. Location Englewood Florida.

Glastron CVX 16ss Boat / Iowa Falls, IA / $4250

Selling my CVX16ss 1978 speed boat with a built ford 302 v8 in it. Merc 888 drive. New floor and stringers and everything around 2012. Us coastguard approved closed cell foam poured under floor. Very solid. Interlux paint with teflon. New aluminum fuel cell last year. Engine rebuilt in 2013 with lots of goodies (lunati cam, Edelbrock aluminum heads, duel plane intake, holley marine 4barrel carb). Has roughly 300hp. Has around 25 hrs since rebuilt.
