I am assuming the last letter in the HIN# would be for the month it was built? A=Jan, B=Feb, C=March, D= April, E=May, F=June and so on

I haven't had it full throttle yet. I have only had it out on the Lake one time for its intial shakedown. The boat sat for a couple of years and I wanted to work the bugs out first before starting to hammer on the throttle. Kind of like breaking in a new motor at this point. I can say that half throttle was at around 35MPH. Seems to come out of the hole nice and up on plain very quick. I want to confirm speed with my GPS and will bring that with next time out. I hope to have it out on the water later this week. I am just finishing up replacing the deck and a few other details. The 125HP with the right prop should haul the mail. I was at Express Composites Friday afternoon to pick up all my supplies including the pour in 2# foam. Reinforced the bottom side of the plywood and used Cabosil/Resin to lock the plywood securely to the hull and stringer. Stringer and transom were solid. I got lucky I guess. I still have to do the 50" overlay on top of the plywood deck and I am going to gelcoat the interior off white, not sure if I am going to recarpet it or not at this point. You could hold a dance on this floor. It is rock solid already.

Any idea of what top speed should be with the 125 HP Force outboard?

Got mine late last year, so only a test drive and one time on the St.Croix with a 20P Lazer II prop that had my motor over reving to about 5600 rpms ( 89 Mariner 115 hp , max rpm's is 5250 rpm's ).
I got 49.5 mph on gps with the 20P.
22P will hopefully get me to 52 -53 mph ...
Gonna do some prop testing soon ...

Is that a 13-1/4" X 20P?
