« on: February 10, 2017, 02:08:06 PM »
Early to mid 70's CV16 / CV18 & CV19 back to back seats ...

Wood frames ...

14.5" X 22"

22" X 4"

17" X 20.5

48" X 16.5"

3" at top / 10" at bottom/ 14.5" tall

Foam

Cut out for control box cables ...

Seat bases ...

Vinyl ....

Pleats are 1 1/2 inches wide ...

Wrapping CV16 seat bases in Burl Wood vinyl ...
I used " Metro Restyling "   ...  Because they had more sizes to choose from ...
http://www.metrorestyling.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=burlwood

It seemed thick enough and if you get the sticky sides stuck together, they peel apart fairly easy ...

CV seat measurements .. Thanks Kelly !

You can find the top metal trim piece at your local home improvement store in the flooring / tile dept. It's tile transition trim.
Menards / Round Edge Tile Trim - Satin Nickel

Amount of vinyl used for CV16 outboard.
Would need to adjust for CV16SS without transom curtain or add some for early models dash pad.
I got extra incase of screw up's or repairs in vinyl at latter date.

Seats are the same for CV16 / CV18 and CV19's
Bases might be different though.

CV16SS Ski Locker (Center console) dimensions ..
Dimensions from a 1974 CV16SS. Dimensions are of the removable vinyl covered panel that forms the front of the locker. The rest of it is basically two panels that run up the bow to and under the tank support. Note that the starboard panel supports the bow at the dash. There is an additional bow support at the front of the boat in front of the fuel tank.
