Thanks! One thing I forgot was where the rear side panels bolt on.... mine just had a screw going into the very rear bottom of the rear seat bottom.... I removed that corner of the upholstery and installed a 1/4 20 blind/ t nut on the inside to bolt that piece to.
Those nuts you were talking about....you mean the upper ones?

Here is what I did...I took a carriage bolt...welded it to a big washer, then epoxy day it and put a small screw so no chance of turning after everything was buttoned up...

The control board side is the worst to get to nuts. Guess I could have removed throttle control from board so there was more room to get to seat to deck nuts. The lower throttle board bolts look like they were installed from factory, mine is a 1976 so could have started doing it on later models.

I have a list of HIN & serial numbers ..Wonder if I could get yours .. No personal info is listed ..

Ok....now I know what youíre talking about with the nuts....right side rear...no problem....right side front... problem ... I have to re-remove my controls to get at it... Iím guessing the seat just fell off when I took it apart...lol

Yes...I thought I cover them on the correct side, but I see marks where the staples were..... I need a favor... if your bour is where you can get at it, could you measure your seat bottoms at the back and tell me how wide? Mine are 17 5/8..... Iím not sure if I have them on the wrong sides... the way I have mine itís wide in the back and narrow in the front....dummy me didnít mark them when I took them out. 🤬

All four of mine are 17 x 20 .. give or take a bit.
I marked mine on the bottom when I installed the little wood block that hold them to bases, each side was a little different.

All measurements are here ..

Also ..
You can find the top metal trim piece for side pockets at your local home improvement store in the flooring / tile dept. It's tile transition trim.

Original (seat cushion bottoms) were just untreated or uncoated plywood.
They were rotted and cracking in the center.

All four bottom seat bases cushions are the same or are you referring to the bases that attach to floor ?

Cool . Thanks... they just didnít seem to fit right on the floor.... buy I think I know what I did wrong....I need you to push up on the side before I bolt them on the top...that would bring in the inside bottom.
Thanks for checking for me .!

OK .. Took me a bit to figure out what your talking about.
Right or left seat to floor base ..
When I replaced my carpet, I put screws for seat base to floor, in floor then with knife cut slits to get at screws.
That way I was able to use same holes and everything lined up.
I did mark the bases before removing them though.

Cool pictures!  Iím hoping to get up there for one of your events maybe next year. This summer we are taking the little red boat to Hessel, Mi for the wooden boat show, but next year weíll try your event. It sounds like fun! Plus it would be cool to see all the different Glastrons. My dads last boat was a Glastron! It was the 26í Adventurer cabin cruise with twin  Ford V8ís. Iíll find a picture and post it.
I enjoyed your CV history too!

This is a Glastron  picture of my dads last boat . In fact this is what it looked like when he got it... after a few years he painted the brown, blue. He also added on to the hard top.
