Not it the best of shape. Has the 350 in it. Motor runs, carb needs rebuilding. Minor fiber glass work on the top. The trim needs work. And the gear shifter won?t go into reverse. Has a new water pump in the foot. When replaced checked the gears and the were fine. Has a new ignition switch and ignition coil. It?s not a bad boat if you have a little time on your hands.

Trade for a 16x8x8 light duty cargo trailer in good condition. Preferred color is white.

Now the good stuff:
Known as ?the bullet? this is the model type that appear in the 007 James Bond movie, ?live and let die?. Scary fast jet propulsion from a V8 350. Jet drive allows you to coast right up on to shore without burying the prop in the sand.
Engine is 3 yrs old and fits up like a champ.
Temp dial needs replacing and radio doesn?t work. Everything else is great.

I bought it as a project but just don?t really have the time to fix it up.
The motor runs very well, no issues with that at all.

Can anybody give me a idea what I should ask for my project. It a 76 with a build 460 block 429 massaged heads. Hull has fresh 2 tone paint. Interior is in good shape. Probably redone 10yrs ago. The problem is the boat was all disassembled for the paint job. So the boat will be sold with some assembly required located outside portland oregon.

I need to find a new home for my Boat. It's an '85 Glastron Carlson CVX-20. It has a Johnson 175 hp 2 stroke V-6 outboard motor. It operates as it should. Yes it's as fast as it looks, it has run 56mph at 6000 feet of elevation and over 60 at 4600 feet. It is not perfect, it needs a good cleaning to get the dust and pine needles out. It is solid, good hull and no leaks. It also needs polished to restore its shiny luster. It has nicks and dings, it's in great shape for a 40 year old boat. We've had this boat 12 or 14 years, lots of good times. Lots of grandkids have learned to ski behind it. It will pull double skiers, a big tube or two big tubes, we even pulled 3 skiers once. Everyone has to be on their game for that. I'll let the O'brien tube, tow rope and harness go with it. You can't have the skis, I've been skiing on that one slalom for 41 years, bought it when I was 16. It has a 27 gallon gas tank. You have to put the oil in the gas tank to mixit. There is very little maintenance on these big 2 strokes, spark plugs and gear oil is all. This is a very solid stable boat that has served us well.

Give me a call. I will run it on the hose for you so you know it runs. The trailer has a clean title & the boat will come with a bill of sale.
