one to navigate& one to drive fast.  How big of track do you think we could get between both are yards.

I just drove by this race site this morning.  It is right next to I-5 in Oregon between Salem & Eugene.  The course is bone dry.  It does look easy to create as it is only a couple feet deep.  Get out the trackhoe and then flood the new ditch.  Toughest part would be keeping the bottom level.

Yeah, in one of the videos they say it's only 2-3 feet.  Wouldn't be hard with good soil.  That's a lot of "erosion" caused by the force of the jet motors, though.  I bet it has to be dug out pretty consistently to maintain depth.
