Title: 1969 153 Futura with 1975 Evinrude 115 HP

I just bought a 1969 153 Futura with 1975 Evinrude 115 HP on it. What propeller should I use on this combination as it had no propeller on it at the time of purchase.

Where are you located ?
Though it’s not exactly the same hull, we had that same motor on our GT 150, I ran a 20” Raker, and a 21” SST, both with good results, the top speed of around 50. When pulling skiers or tubers I ran a 17” SST, the thing would be on plane almost instantly.

Welcome to the forum InkyDoggy !
You should pick a pitch that keeps your motor below it's 5500 rpm red line, something in the 5000 to 5500 rpm range,
Something in the 19 to 22 pitch range should work for normal uses.

As mentioned a Raker's a really good prop. Was my 2nd fastest on the 153.
