I promised I'd play delivery boy and pick up pizzas in Centerville on Thursday night.
George & Nick's is my plan - they're a local place, make everything fresh - even make their own sausage topping. They use sliced mozzarella, too, so most pizzas come like a national chain's "double cheese."
Smalls are 10", Medium 12", Large 14"
Smalls are $8.99, Medium $10.99, Large $12.99 <- Prices are for plain cheese or one topping
Small toppings are $1.45, Medium $1.65, Large $1.85
Topping list:
Sausage,
Pepperoni,
Canadian Bacon,
Beef, Green Pepper,
Ham,
Onion,
Mushroom,
Pineapple,
Sauerkraut,
Green Olive,
Black Olives
They have an everyday take-out special, two large one-topping pizzas for $23.50 (save $1.48)
My plan is to order on Wednesday evening so they can have them ready for me to pick up around 5:30/6 (they are only open for dinner, so I want to make sure our order goes in first & consecutive so we're not letting pizzas cool too much waiting on the last one or two). I'll write a check when I pick them up - and I'll keep track of everyone's total. You can just pay me for the pizza when I arrive.
Also - they're normal pizza is checkerboard cut and I *strongly dislike* my pizza cut that way - just a personal preference. I will be asking for my pizza "pie-cut" like a traditional pizza ... any others wanting pie-cut, make sure I know it on your order.
