love the duct tape on the buffer cord. Been there done that. Looks good, I wouldn't want to do it without my DA though.

Jeff also repositioned boat on trailer, was back 7 1/2 inches to far.
Was a tilt trailer and was welded at the joint, my wife wants a new one .... LOL
The gel / flake look even better then pictures show ... might even be as good as Steve's and Jason's CV's ... MAYBE ...

Looks awesome Gregg! Now, don't put her away that clean. We need to see that shine on the water and get some calender shots!

Ah don't be to hard on yourself Gregg. Nothing's ever 'perfect'? We have a saying at the shop, "We strive for perfection but sometimes arrive at mediocraty ..." Boat looks great from here!

I sometimes wonder what I'd do if I didn't have the boat to constantly tinker with...its my therapist & stress reliever all in one.

Curious if it fits in the garage Gregg?

It's obvious you need more boats.

You'll laugh at this...my son wants a 'Ford Exp/Mercury LN7' (anyone remember those?)...so...I'm guessing we'll have our hands full working on that...which works too!

(And yes...I do need another boat...that's my 'garage warming gift to me' when we get into a different house in a few years.  Figure Goldie will be 100% complete by then.

***Wow...topic change unintended***

Back to Gregg's boat...sorry Gregg!

Wet sanded, compounded and FI2ed the spots we missed and compounded and FI2ed the other side of the boat.
The one (missed spot) on the passinger side came out nice Jeff.
Even got some of the bottom with medium compound.

Jeff ...
Did you FI2 the drivers side bottom (of rub rail) ?
Doing the deck is FUN ! ...  Doing the sides SUCKS ! ! !

Doran
Boat / Motor / Trailer are about the same as the V-156 ... 20 feet 6 inches.
I have back problems ... so sittin' in the lazy boy chair is my stress reliever ...
