You might remember me posting about a good friend losing his wife a lil while back. Outa nowhere she had a stroke, appeared to be improving, then a week later another fatal stroke. Those two'd been together since puberty, naturally Dave took it purty hard. Crawled into the bottle & didn't come out for awhile. Not to say he quit working or anything like that but alotta people were worried about him.
I felt sorry for him too, til today when the lil sob rolled up in front of my shop in a brand new Camaro SS. (From what I reckon Carol had a purty good life insurance policy ...)
Ah well God bless him! And knowing Carol I guarantee she's smiling down from above. She wouldn't want it any other way.
