How many of these do you see EVERY WEEKEND?

10 WAYS TO MAKE YOUR YARD SALE SIGN HARDER TO READ FROM A MOVING CAR.
1. Use 8-1/2" x 11" or smaller paper.
2. Use a 1/4" or smaller marker.
3. Don't use multiple passes to make the letters darker and thicker.
4. Use colors other than black for less contrast.
5. Use fancy cursive script.
6. Use upper and lower case, not ALL CAPS.
7. Use letters 2" high or smaller.
8. Put as much information on the sign as you can fit (address, house color, time, date, your name, what items are for sale).
9. Don't use large, thick arrows to point the way.
10. Add decorations like stars and flowers to fill any empty space.
