Final update.

I drove down last Thursday to Lacrosse. Slept on the boat and got a few things cleaned up. Friday morning I put new rope and anchors on the boat, then we headed out. Had 3 friends ride with for the journey and picked up one more on the way. Got stuck behind a few barges that were in the locks (about 3 hrs). Made it to Alma Wi friday night then left Sat. morning to finish the trip to Treasure Island. I was a little worried about going across Lake Pepin because we had about a 17 mph wind. I was fully expecting 4-5 foot waves. Got lucky and they were only 1.5-2 ft. Either way boat ran good didn't have any problems.

Total repairs and towing ended up being about 15,000.

Now lots of cleaning, buffing, and making it ours.
I think this has become an addiction.

Nice.

Good job seeing it through; although I never doubted it knowing just a few of the projects you have tackled in the past.
