Thanks to Mr. Jim Barret and Bill I will have a cv23 hull soon. The plan is to cut out the pad from the 23 and install it on my cv19. Hopefully it works out.

Why hack up a hull to make scrap when adding a pad is simple work to cut in and fill the area? It is much harder to fit a section from one hull than to just use fresh material.

Cause the 23 is already scrap, completely stripped and has nothing in it. Much rather use a factory pad, they designed it better than I could.
