New Bilge Pump - Needs Bellows after 4 season already?

Here is my bellows. Looks like my pants and belt after all this covid stuff.

AND I replaced the shift and gimbal bellows at the same time. Look at how nice the gimbal bellows are. That's where I think I installed the bellows at the rest position but with the drive too low.

And after evaluating this image closer. Im going to replace the gimbal bellows as well.

Water in the main bellows as well. I pulled the main bellows and I cant find any leaks. Where else could the water be getting into them? I have the big O ring on the drive.

Did the bellows and took it out over the weekend. No significant amount of water beyond boarding from the water etc. Now to try and store my boat with the drive down...
