Well another weekend, another bit of progress. Spent a few days locating and filling pinholes with the 3m glazing putty, I finally finished spotting them today, the filler dries very fast (about 10 mins), so after that I was able to sand off all the excess. Lot's of pinholes, some from the fairing compound, which is rather coarse, and some from the original gelcoat. Anyways, we are now ready for finish primer!

I took a stock of the paint supplies I have left from doing the hull, looks like I'll need to order some more primer and clear coat...

Stay tuned, soon we should be able to get the inflatable spray booth setup and start shooting primer!

I hope everyone has a nice and safe memorial day weekend, my wife and I are planning on spending the day out on the lake with our other boat.

Transom in. Stringers in. Floor in. Foam in. Now final layer of csm on floor, and cut out key hole for outdrive.   And vinyl on order so Chris can start planning interior?. Then all the sanding and fix the outside and paint?.. then motor and out drive in, and gauges, and everything else I?m forgetting?. maybe, just maybe have it done for the gathering.

Don't buy there covers they say they fit and do not fit at all and will not take back.  I was reworking my boat and never tried on for my CVX 20,  Contacted customer service and will not do anything say its over 30 days since I purchased.

Back up for sale is my Glaston CV 16.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the previous sale fell through.
Boat is all original, very solid, ready to use.
Always has been stored indoors.
Motor is a 1987 Mercury 115 with tilt and trim.

1979 Glastron/Carlson CVX-16 with 1996 Evinrude Intruder v4 115HP.  1979 Shorelander trailer with radio tires and spare.  Super fun boat but the TRANSOM HAS GONE BAD.  The boat flys with this motor with 19pitch and 21pitch SS props, could use a 23pitch, oil injection is unhooked so runs on 50:1 mix. Stainless steel tripod, Pioneer stereo. Orange carpet and interior is original.  Ran great last summer.  Fiberglass on transom still looks ok but its getting soft on the inside.
