Was helping a customer install a new boom tent on his sailboat today. I was on the port side & he was on the stb. He asked what kind of knots I was tying & I answered "a bowline around the rail & a couple half hitchs on the tent. I think." He came over to check. Looked at my knots, looked at me for a few seconds and said, "Well if ya can't tie a knot, tie a lot ..."
