Your best option is to find one being sold whole as a parts boat.  Most of the time, you'll be able to buy the whole, take what you need, and sell out the rest.  GT 150's as parts boats generally go for between $100 & $500, depending on how complete they are.

Dan
He's from across the pond, might be tuff to do something like that.
Would need someone to remove it and ship it.
Might get expensive and seller might say "In good shape" when it's not that nice ...

I have a spare, plastic is cracked and side bars are bent. I would be willing to part with it after I get the new one mounted. Hopefully within the next month.

Here's one listed for $600 ... http://saginaw.craigslist.org/boa/3730499198.html (http://saginaw.craigslist.org/boa/3730499198.html)

Depending on how valuable the windshield is to you, you might call and make an offer for just that part.  I did that for some of the windshield trim - somebody wanted $550 for the project boat and trailer, turns out the guy had a low offer from someone who only wanted the trailer ... but my offer for the parts added up to the 550 asking, so he put me in touch with the trailer buyer (local, in AZ - I live in Iowa) and he bought the boat, removed the parts, sent me a cell phone picture of the parts going into a box and the postal receipt, I wrote out a check and stuck it in the mail ... neither of us had any issue.

That's great when stuff works out, isn't it? He got what he wanted and you got what you wanted. I have to say, I don't think that generally happens too much. At least not to me!  :P

Joe - where did you get your new plastic windshield? Mine is cracked too.

Oddly enough... Laurie found a complete good windshield (most likely off a GT-160) at a garage sale for $125
if she had not found that i would most likely have been running with a crack.
