I am selling my '76 Bicentennial Edition GT-150. I found this boat in the woods of Wisconsin and did an extensive restoration. New floors, full interior, motor, electronics, paint, everything. There is a restored Calkins roller trailer under it and a Mercury 90HP Tower of Power outboard with trim and tilt on the back.
$2600
Check out the restoration at http://www.1976-gt150.blogspot.com/ (http://www.1976-gt150.blogspot.com/)

I saw it on the freeway today and met the new owner!
-
Good news Joe.
New owner has to be one happy camper !
Now the quest for a 90 HP Merc ...
Doran
Did you chase him down ?
... LOL
-
I think Doran broke the 11th commandment: "Thou shalt have only one boat at a time."

Doran ...
Is there some thing you would like to tell us ?
All the fact's are pointing to you ...

Nope, the 11th Commandment has not been broken. I'm actually looking at a Suburban today. Can't decide if an older Suburban beats my newer Jeep.
Joe can fill you in...but I did see him towing the boat through Des Moines yesterday.
-
Okay, you did not break the 11th commandment. What about the 10th commandment "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's Glastron"? LOL

Well, no, I've broken that one!

I did meet up with Doran in DSM yesterday but he did NOT buy the boat. I sold it to a guy named Duane from Kansas City, MO. We met in DSM.
Nice Suburban Doran!
Gregg, I'm going to get a 115 from a guy a bit east of La Crosse tomorrow.
-
Yes ! Very nice Suburban Doran !
Joe ...
What year is the 115 ?
-
I went over to Western WI near La Crosse and pulled a 1982 1150 off of a 17' Rinker. It looks really clean. Can't wait to get it on a stand and check it out.

NICE !
and you didn't have to take the Rinker ?
-
Nope! Left the Rinker there. He said I could take other parts if I wanted them. Nothing I could use. I took all of the motor stuff, trim pump, all wiring, tach, speedo, controls, nuts and bolts. I think I got everything I need! And I still got 23mpg on the way home! Try that with a boat behind you

I delivered my '76 GT-150 to the new owner from KC. Sad to see her go.
-
It's always sad to see one leave ...
The new one should take your mind off your loss ...

Are you talking about a boat or a wife? :)
-
You could get over a wife leaving ...
A Glastron leaving ... Maybe not ...
