Title: 1978 Glastron Carlson CVX16 fuel tank

I am in need of a fuel tank as mine was stolen while I had my boat at a shop to have a custom tarp made for it.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune ...
Hope they didn't screw up any thing, when they removed it ...
Were you thinking about replacing it with metal or plastic ?
Or just anything that will fit ...

Not sure if it's the same style as the older CV's ?
If it is I can get you some pictures and dimensions.

I have a steel 18 gal tank that came out of the V195 that I restored. It is in good shape. Its a rectangle shape. I can get dimensions if needed.

Dave's CVX has the fuel fill hole in the same general location on the deck as my CV.
Breather / overflow / fuel line wouldn't be hard to reroute ...
Shipping it to Canada could be a problem ?
