Title: 260 Mercruiser/ Alpha complete

I took a Mercruiser 260 and it's Alpha drive out of a 1984 Webbcraft.  It was a good running boat, it was just in need of a new transom.  I have everything from pulley to prop.  Included with the package deal are engine, transom plate, trim pump, outdrive with aluminum and stainless props, trim cylinders, controls.  I'll even throw in the complete set of gauges if you want them.  Starting price is $3,000.  I'm motivated because I've got my eye on a boat.  Located in Omaha, NE.

I have more pics somewhere but this is the only one I could find for now...

If you want inline photos, you need to upload them to a hosting site like Photobucket...then you just paste the IMG url into your post and viola!

Are you willing to split up the set?  ie...I may need the outdrive & some additional mounting parts & pieces.

Yes, I'll seperate outdrive related and engine related parts.

Bump..

I need $$ to finish up my 2 project boats.  Is anyone interested at $2,500 for all?  I literally have everything needed for a conversion from the gauges all the way back to the prop(s).  I may consider splitting the engine from the outdrive but I don't want to piece it all out yet.  PM me with an offer if interested.

    Maybe I should be the first with twin 260's in a Timi?  Afraid its not made for that much weight though.   Wishing you luck in your sale.
