That will not be an easy item to find.
Maybe offer to buy one off a cheap CV for sale on CL. or search eBay, but I have never seen one for sale ...
Or make a fiberglass mold and make your own ...
Pretty sure your red and white CV is a 1976.

I agree with Gregg. Never seen one for sale. Look for a donor boat.

I also agree. Not a 73. 74-76 use that style dash.

1976 was the only year for red and white ...
Can the flake on deck be saved ?

Dash would be different then outboard version, more gauge holes, but should work ...if dash is in good shape and if he would sell just the dash.

It is a 73. And it's the only red one I've seen in that year and it is original gel. Might be able to save it but it has a couple spots where a ski pylon came loose and busted through the gunnel. will have to try to get in touch with Mario, looks like that dash is out of a inboard though.  thanks and let me know if any more show up.

WOW !
Must have been produced in late 1973 ...
1974 colors were green and plum.
The 1972 CV16SS was available in red, maybe yours was a special order ?

Saw this on CL.
Temporary dash, until you find one ...
I would do it in black, with glove box.
Looks OK ...

Honestly, if you did that, with a good quality carbon fiber overlay, or even a good quality textured black spray, it could look really good.

Might also be cool to do the vinyl surround piece in black and the face in Burlwood, like the pre 74 dashes ...

I like the carbon fiber idea. Or burl wood. I can't see buying another parts boat because I'll just have to fix that one up too.    The inboard kind is different than the outboards. Outboard has the coast guard panel on it where the left side switch' are.  "Still looking"

That will work!   Between the parts of a dash I have and this one I can make a good one. Thanks for the tip.

Have you ever tried plastic welding ?
I've seen it done to snowmobile hoods and pans.

Yes, that's the plan. The piece's that are missing From the new one, I can cut out of the old one and plastic weld into the new one so they match.
