Title: New Member CV16 owner in Reno, NV
Post by: LETSJET on August 20, 2024, 05:04:47 PM
Just purchased a 1973 Glastron CV16 in orange. Have not seen the boat in person but it is enroute to me. I've had a CV16 many years ago so I know the boat and this boat will get a restoration. Fully ready to do any repairs I come across. Mainly I want to change the engine out to something newer in the less than 150 hp range. A late model motor with efi and quiet would be ideal. Goal is a prop to get up a skier and don't need much over 45 mph on the top end. I'll see how this motor runs and it may be worth something. I'll be looking for CV16 videos.
