There is a spot in this chase where Bond is in the jump boat, goes around a bend, camera switches off Bond then back on Bond and for a split second he's in the jet drive before he takes it from the dock later in the chase.

BTW...did anyone else watch the Top Gear - Bond Cars special this week?  There were a few shots of the Glastrons in the clips they showed.  (Though they obviously weren't the focus.)

I like when they shoot the motor and the gas leaks out.

How about when he's driving the CV19 Jet boat and the engine sounds like an outboard.

Did see "Modern Marvels" with the Bond gadgets .. Had some nice shots of the GT jump boat and motor when some guy was talking about the museum at the display.

Thats what I was thinking too. Is that how it sounded in the English version too? Maybe engines sound different in Germany!

From where the bullet hole is it would probably be water from the exhaust cover. But still amazing the steady stream shooting out the hole. Just goes to show that the old V4's can take a bullet and still get you back to the dock.

There's some footage missing on this particular clip in a few areas. Skips over the guy talking to Billy Bob about borrowing his boat and knocking him out with the gun. This clip just shows the bad guy jumping in the boat and taking off. The split second boat change is missing as well.

I've been on this body of water a few times fishing with my grandfather when I was in my early teens. The Irish Bayou mentioned is in the New Orleans area of the state.
