I have a 1979 17.5-foot Glastron Model SSWV176, blue and white, with an 85-horse Johnson motor. Boat, motor and trailer are all original. It has been reupholstered. It was in great shape, runs great, and has a lot of new parts in the motor. Always stored inside There are newer tires on the trailer, and the boat was waxed every year.
However, it was pushed through the back wall of its garage, which caused damage to the back transome, with stress cracks. So, the back will need to be redone.
It is a pretty boat. The good part is the price. It is FREE to someone who wants to restore it. I am too old to fix it or I certainly would. It has served me well since 1990. I add some pictures as requested.
