Took a day off work. Her maiden voyage today. It's been a long time coming, it was a good day! The engine ran great, very responsive and jumped out of the hole. However, it has an engine cooling system issue. Hardly any water was coming out of the tattle tale, even at speed, however there is some water spraying out under the lower cowling wrap (where it says 90)... so maybe the water pump is pumping OK (it's a new water pump) but the tube is broken or a fitting has failed? I wasn't sure about it so we called it quits early. The tattle tale actually got worse the more I ran it. Hoping this is going to be an easy fix. Was able to get some trailer work done too with the boat in the water.
Oh & by the way she had a name change... "Limelight"
