Need some knowledge

I am contemplating looking at the CVX20 listed in newton kansas.
https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/797216656471488/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A573992f9-7ef4-436f-907f-df68caa2023a
If I go look at this, I know I need to crawl under the back and check the transom, floor and stringers.
I would like to check compression on motor. What psi should all the cylinders be at for a 200 evinrude of that vintage? And what else should I look at on it?
Is there anything else I should look at on the boat itself?
Is there an easy way get a visual on the fuel tank in the bow?

I was able to see bottom of tank with a flashlight and didn't see any rust, and fuel didn't smell like varnish .. so I got lucky.
1978 Was first year for the CVX20 Sprint ..
