1984 Carlson Glastron cvx 20 ski machine   /   Dousman, WI   /   $18,500

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2199051633774631/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A06b421b8-a803-476b-9f7a-e520aaafcae5

Among the smoothest handling and nicest accelerating boat lines of all times, this limited edition model is as virtually spotless as can be, a perfect driving boat for skiing too, and one sure to turn heads wherever you take it. Kept super clean, it will continue to appreciate in value for years to come.

Carlson Glastron boats are perhaps best known as the boat that jumped in the James Bond Life movie and Let Die ( a cousin of this model).

The CVX-20 was a flagship of this leading edge partnership, the Ski Machine a limited edition model made for a few years in the mid-80's.

This boat is stunning, in almost like new condition.

This gem handles superbly, with an exceptional combination of acceleration, stability, and control. Powered by a 200 HP Yamaha engine that runs perfectly, it drives as smoothly as it is capable of effortlessly pulling multiple skiers, tubes, etc., with zero cavitation.

The entire interior is brand new, custom, hand made, in matching colors and patterns to the original; the carpet is brand new as well, both in the boat, and on the sides of the trailer.

The twin Airguide speedometers are collectible, in perfect condition, with the insides replaced with state of the art GPS technology.

The matching aluminum trailer was custom made by Carlson Glastron, which pulls with stability and ease.

There is not a boat made today that compares with the looks, drive, and handling of this amazingly well taken care of boat, while the price of this is a fraction of what a new boat costs.

I will sell this boat to a very nice person for cash - or - possibly an interesting trade for an equally sweet car, truck, or ???.

Feel free to contact me re: a possible trade or to schedule an appointment to see it.

We have not yet scratched the surface but just continue to list the items that we can reach. We are by no means experts on these items but just enjoy putting them in the hands of collectors who appreciate them. The price shown for shipping is for the lower 48 continental United States. All other shipping destinations should check for a rate prior to Buying / Bidding. We do combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever possible.

1977 16FT GLASTRON-CARLSON - $3,750 (SUSSEX)

https://milwaukee.craigslist.org/boa/d/sussex-ft-glastron-carlson/7748401219.html

Very good condition runs great. Original 115 HP Evinrude. Great compression in all cylinders. Top end 48 MPH.
Trailer in very good condition rewired last year. Freshly repainted. Like new tires. P195 R75 14. You can see flaw in the fiberglass on the bow deck. In the water last year. Chrome rims kinda rusty. Depth finder. Front seats are not original, the rest of the interior is. Hey, not bad for 46 years old. Boat looks like the one used in James Bond movie "Live and let die" in 1974. This boat turns a lot of heads on the water. Fun boat.

Glastron Carlson CVX-20 - $7,000 (Vancouver/Okanagan)

https://vancouver.craigslist.org/van/boa/d/vancouver-glastron-carlson-cvx-20/7748524637.html

1981 Glastron Carlson CVX-20 & trailer
This is a classic muscleboat.
If you know the CVX series, you know what this is.
I consider this a project - it has not run in 13 years and was enjoying cozy indoor storage.
I have (and will not) try to turn it over. New owner needs to determine how they approach that.
Will need batteries (setup for two, can use one), new gas, carb tune, and whatever procedure new owner sees fit to turn over an classic Ford that has not run in over a decade.
I recommend planning for a rebuild (or an LS swap, the 460 is heavy.... like a boat anchor... :). Unknown running condition.
As far as I know it is the original gelcoat, seats, and has no holes in the dash.
460 Ford.
Berkeley Jet Drive.
Trailer is solid & functional (surface rust), lights worked when parked (4 pin connection).
Cash sale
